My advice, which you could start tonight, would be:
1. tell us exactly whats on - anything over 20 mins is a feature - let us make an informed choice & take the service cos we KNOW there's something on we want to see, and not we hope - otherwise we'll feel cheated
2. get a couple of girls in to introduce the clips - even if theres no interaction
3. make the introductions as long as possible and the clips as short to the point where its a babeshow with occasional specials
4. allow full nudity and move toward some playful gg
5. make it fully interactive & multi girl asap
6. use your extensive archive to show highlights (outtakes, fun, slips) etc of the past few years shows
7. don't rely on your ex stars - bring back the best girls - they're the ones we'll pay to see
Easy & you could start now...
btw, have you thought about posting detailed schedules for your other channels? it would do away with the randomness and although you may lose some viewers volume wise as people would know what channel they wanted at a particular time, it should also maximise your call revenue cos you'd get more guys likely to call in for the featured girl because thye are there specifically to see her. Seems like you assume we'll stay up all night, every night just to see 'any' girl and will call in for the sake of it: I think your viewers are more sophisticated, looking for particular girls and themes & that difference is what causes so much frustration - if we knew what was on, we would watch the stuff we want and you maximise profit - everyones happy (except my phone bill perhaps). Openness & honesty go a long way.
I know it's not particularly helpful that we don't know the schedule, but at the moment the stuff we're showing is pieced together throughout the day and can be very last minute. We're the web team, so have no control over what ultimately gets shown, other than speaking to them about suggestions we have or that you guys have on here. It's up to them to make it happen.
We're working toward a complete schedule, and we'll be able to eventually publish that here and on the website.
Cheers for your list of suggestions, I like the idea of number 6. We'll pass them all on!
Note: we've literally just had word that the schedule has this second been finished, so that's how late it can be at the moment! 
We'll try and get in touch with the guy and get an idea of what's on tonight!
I don't wanna go back to rant mode but seems to me there's not been a lot of thought or planning put into the new channel. It would have been sensible to canvas what people want first and put the effort into delivering it before you launched - last night was your showpiece, the chance to capture your market and as far as I can see was a complete disaster as it gave all the wrong messages - you could have tested a 'soft' format on one of the existing shows or had a one night special to test the encryption - but to be a couple of hours before the 2nd show and not know whats happening doesn't sound good - especially as there's not even anything 'live' on yet.

as we said, we're the web team so aren't involved in the scheduling of the channel. they may well know beforehand, but it is open to change right up until the last minute as new content comes in, and each manager has their own vision.

Just spoke to the man with the plan and he's giving us a few of the highlights from tonight, unfortunately, other than the opener we don't know when these things will be on!
At midnight there will be a new video of lolly and michelle, I'm told this was shot exclusively for xtreme so it will be new to your eyes...
Other than that tonight will feature a scene from the archive of Karina and Danielle, featuring some dildo action (again, don't expect penetration, but as much as we can show).
Also a carmel moore and robyn truelove in a gg, a lolly and amber gg and an alicia rhodes threesome.
And yes, before everyone points out something that's been said a good few times already, we realise quite a bit of that is older archive footage, and we realise that a few people on here may have seen it on other websites. We don't need to be told that anymore, it's on board

Just a problem that was flagged by escobar just now, you won't be able to use unlock codes from last night, you will need a new unlock code and new pin to watch tonight.
and pay £10 for a new pin every night you want to watch it!!
