Camouflage is a big lump of cheese. But that's not always a bad thing Tongue

And that's a fairly faithful cover... Surprised
There's some doc on KoRn at 9pm tonight on Sky Arts.
There was a good one on the guys from Agnostic Front that was on Sky Arts last week, called "The Godfathers of Hardcore". Namely Roger and Vinnie, two contrasting characters who were the heart and the spine of the band. Whilst Vinnie was a Nu Yoiker cliché, Roger was a family man who seemed like he was willing to call it a day. Drama in the final act when Roger talks about having a heart attack, and whether he should continue in the band when they all think he's a control freak and his own worst enemy.

An amusing caption tells us they'd played 400 gigs since this documentary was completed, but despite constant heart monitoring, doctors still didn't know what caused his heart attack. Hmm...

It reminded me of that doc on Anvil a few years back, although this was maybe a bit less desperate.

I found it pretty moving. ISTR reading an article about Brian Welch finding religion back in Q magazine, back in the long ago days when I read that, but obviously this told a fuller (and in some ways sadder) story. It's good that he's back in the band and they all seem happy (or at time of making this anyway).
When melodic death metal is done really, really well Big Grin

For those who decry the death of the charts, Slipknot have the #1 album, first time in 18 years for them.
Its their best album by far and it thoroughly deserved to outsell that cunt Sheeran.
As great as 'We Are Not Your Kind' is my personal album of the year (so far at least) is 'I, The Mask' by In Flames, it's a real masterpiece from the pioneers of melodic and Swedish death metal, and one of the bigger influences to modern metalcore bands.

Yeah that's a superb effort as well,"Stay With Me" is my favourite song from it.
Tool had some good news in the charts (in America at least) too over the past couple of weeks, new single Fear Innoculum was the longest song ever in the Billboard 100 and they had 5 albums in the Billboard 200 with 4 making the top 20
