Just scanned this article now from last week's New magazine:

I noticed that in the New magazine article it was suggested that her attacker wished to 'spoil her beauty forever'. The fact that she came away from the experience and managed to somehow find the happiness and positivity she possessed prior to the incident is an indication that her beauty was always in more than just her physical appearance.

Her true beauty lies in the fact that she has somehow managed to find a silver lining on what could have been an utterly soul destroying cloud, and I for one - though I have never met her - can say with absolute certainty that I am incredibly proud of her for coming through this ordeal in the manner she has demonstrated.

Add to that the fact that, by her own admission, her 'new' face is beautiful.

With all that in mind, I for one don't believe that she ever was, and nor will she ever be, anything but beautiful.
