well finding this out was a complete shock this evening! i had heard about this story and saw brief glimpses of it in the paper, but had never twigged that this was miss katie piper. i was flicking through the channels when i came across her documentary and still didn't twig her last name was piper. I did a google search to see what the lady looked like before this horrific incident and as completely taken aback when i recognised katie. like a few others on here i had never spoke to her when she was on the show, but had always enjoyed her bubbly personality when she was on the mic, she always came across as a genuinely lovely person. how anyone could subject her to this is beyond me. Not afraid to admit that during the doco had a lump in my throat the whole time. the amazing thing is that we still saw glimpses of that diamond personality coming through and i'm sure it will shine through again when she has fully recovered . I would love to see her back on babestation daytime and think she would do an amazing job but she may very well move onto to bigger mainstream projects. i hope everyone on here donates to her charity and i for one think we should petition cellcast, if katie would of course, to have her back on and donate a day/nights proceeds to her charity. i'm sure every presenter/member of staff at babestation would not have a problem working for free for one night to help a cause supported by an amazing woman. sorry for going on a bit here guys but felt i needed to say this and i don't post very often but this struck me very poignantly tonight. Katie i hope you are in good spirits and i wish u all the best for the future x

The documentary was hard to watch but it just reminded me why we all loved her. Thank God Justice prevailed and those animals are now behind bars. It's good to see she has a sense of humour about her injuries ie, BALACLAVA etc and with her wonderful family I'm sure the future will be bright for Katie.

Never knew Katie had ever been on these channels and had never heard of her until it was in the mainstream news.
The animals who did this to her are just beyond comprehension and they should be...ok, am not going to go there, we all know what should happen to them.
Katie showed that a woman's true beauty is not in her looks.
I don't think Katie is a scintilla less attractive, she's a hundred times more attractive for her strength of character and courage and humour. And her looks!

the documentary was very tough to watch especially when it showed katie being attacked and how she was immediately afterwards. i too am amazed how much courage and strength she has to cope with whats happened to her and i did well up a few times especially when she was told the ex had been convicted of raping her and i too also loved her sense of humour she has and im in no doubt katie will have a very successful career in whatever she decides to do
this documentary will inspire people who have been injured like katie has and should also inspire every person as well
i like at the end it showed her getting ready to go to the shops and her mum asking her if she wanted her to go half and kaite said no good to see she still living her life
I watched the documentary, last night. I had mixed emotions, a mixture of sorrow and hope for Katie.
She still has a cracking pair of legs in those opaques, though. Just like when I first saw her on Lads Lounge. Katie could still pursue a media career, perhaps as a voice over artist because she sounds articulate.
