30 minute was nothing compared to all night chat
straight after a wicked night show, here comes 30mins of overpriced chat which has the least excitement than watching paint dry
Yeah but where else could you watch Rosie on freeview cause she no longer does nights not done it for months now. I miss her. Was hoping they bring it back to freeview no bloody chance now.eekeekeek
As far has i am aware it is only Adult visual and Adult chat phone numbers that cannot be show after 5.30am and before 12.00am on freeview . Any non adult visual or non adult chat shows that do not require a adult content 18+ licence is ok , it is just the adult content shows that Ofcom has issues with , The Earlybird show Ch98 is run on a non adult daytime licence and displays non adult phone chat numbers and is sometimes displayed on Sky as having a PG rating , there is noway Ofcom can say PG rated shows cannot be shown on freview after 5.30am can they ? .
I could be wrong, but I think you'll find tht the pre-midnight ban only applies to adult sex chat channels.
If it is displaying a premium rate number then yes it can.

No, I don't think they can. At least, not without changing the rules again.
As far as i know Ofcom now only has issues with the adult content shows on freeview because they say they cannot be locked out as a complete group the same way has they can on sky , if premium rate phone numbers were their main concern then this must mean that channel on Sky such as the two psychic shows must now be moved into the adult section because these shows display premium rate phone numbers and are easily accessible to children in the non adult section they are presently in , we will just have to wait and see .
I've just checked the EPG on all 3 of my PVRs (different makes)
For Thursday 2nd September, they all show Early Bird on ch98 as normal from 5.30am-9.00am,
and Babestation on ch96 starting as normal at 11pm. Huh
Granada TV region
