Bloody hell, yet more adverts. Please babestation this is getting silly, it's not fair on girls because their on their calls and not fair on us because our shows are being interrupted. I would advise you to see your CEO immediately.

ledders69, are you speaking as purely a viewer or a caller?

sure, for pure viewers the adverts would get annoying as you have no interest in any of the products being advertised, and are never going to use them. Unfortunately purely viewers aren't our target market, and can't be our main concern.

When the adverts get in the way of our active customers enjoyment of the service is when the problems arise!

I don't know whether this was the case or not, but perhaps they were testing if the ads were affecting the calls.

did it make you want to ring up more without the adverts being there?

I have definitely been calling a lot less since the more aggressive advertising started. I've mentioned before part of the reason for calling is to get the girl onscreen into certain poses or positions, but there's little point if you're unable to see them do it. However, I don't think the majority of callers (ie the drunk, the horny, the desperately lonely) are too concerned about them.

Another thing I've mentioned before is every viewer is a potential caller, so while I can appreciate advertising being targeted towards your existing customers, you have to remember how those viewers became customers in the first place.

I appreciate what babestation has said about marketing but as a Sky viewer getting bombarded with adverts for a service that is not available to Sky is just making me look at using other channels, which is a shame due to the fact that I have been a viewer and caller since before there was any other babechannel. My other problem is that when Geri is host, you get hammered every 2-3 minutes about pictures. So just a suggestion, get rid of Geri as a host and put her back on the phones. Please just keep the adverts for when the girls changeover and then I might comeback to spend money at BS.

Babestation does advertise Xtreme too much. One night recently it was every couple of minutes, making the on screen action unwatchable. If someone is going to get Xtreme that night. they more than likely make their mind up before midnight, after watching a little of the adverts and finding out that nights content. If your a viewer calling the girls it does put you off ringing in. if when your asking the girls to do some posistion etc you can't see it properly because of the OSG or they cut away to yet another advert. If they want more Xtreme viewers why not make midweek nights cheaper from midnight and see if that's a winner?

More Tiffany, Daryl, Megan, Ree and Charlie and change the girls around more before 1am the sections are too long (well over an hour) and you only get to see the same two or three girls

I'm a viewer and feel the shows are being spoilt by these ads. Respect the fact you are a buisiness, but it would be nice if the girls shows are not interfered with by the ott advertising. Your taskmasters are advertising BSXtreme to death and if you look at Rival Channels such as TVX Channels they know when to stop. Just think the advertising is a bit excessive that's all for BSXtreme. Smile

I would say they could do the old party people format and each girl being on the half hour, so they have equal opportunities. It sholud be an interactive show and feels as if it's a recorded show instead. They are still doing the half screen xtreme ad osg and it's getting on my nerves. annoyed

Is there any talks of any newbies starting at BSNights soon?

What also needs to happen im my opinion is BS should recruit some new girls on the night shows to liven it up a bit. Also the office set could be used for just night shows at first then used for both day/night purposes. It feels to me BS is in a lull and needs to get out of it.

If it had continued it very probably would have done. However, it would need to be accompanied by the withdrawal of all other interruptions that remove the phone girl from the screen and also all the black boxes and over-size OSGs that interfere with my view of the featured girl.

Reinstating the ads in back-to-back double doses as you have done has, of course, had exactly the opposite effect.

A long time ago I imposed an embargo on phoning the shows after I discovered how Freeviewers were being short-changed on the nature of the content compared with Sky while still being charged exactly the same price. (I've broken that resolution on only a very few occasions.) That discrepancy has been almost completely removed from the BS channels but still exists on Tameland (the Freeview imitation of Partyland) and now my objection is the fact that Cellcast doesn't deliver on its promise.

The deal that is offered is that in return for a charge of £1.50/min a caller can talk (or listen) to the girl on the screen. Every time that the girl is removed from the screen you are failing to honour that promise. If you think I'm going to start phoning the show again in the full knowledge that at any moment I might be charged anything up to £4.50 to watch an Xtreme advert or promo you need to have another very serious think.

When you remove the phone girl from the screen while there are still callers on the line you are, at best, in breach of contract or, at worst, defrauding your paying customers. Fraud is a criminal offence.

Even some of the Xtreme ads and live promos are fraudulent as they promise "hardcore porn", which is totally banned from UK tv. Ofcom is very keen on advertising offences and sooner or later someone is going to complain.

When I first started watching BS there were no ads except for picture promos, and they only appeared between, not during, the girls' sections but it nevertheless seemed to be a thriving business. All the current evidence suggests that Cellcast isn't receiving the desired amount of income and is adopting ever more desperate sledgehammer advertising in an effort to correct this. Does it really not occur to the dimwits in control that the advertising might be the CAUSE of any fall-off in revenue rather than the remedy for it?

What you are doing must inevitably be causing serious damage to the whole babe channel community. Ofcom's latest figures for digital tv take-up, especially when viewed in conjunction with the continuing progress of the digital switchover, shows that Freeview is now by a big margin the largest digital audience. As Cellcast has a virtual monopoly of the Freeview adult chat output (2½ hours of Bang Babes starting at 3:00am hardly counts), the vast majority of UK viewers who are aware of these channels will most probably think there're all like Babestation and not take any futher interest in them whatever platform they're on, resulting in their being permanently lost as potential customers.

PLEASE STOP THIS STUPID BEHAVIOUR NOW!!!
