not just last night but since last friday with the mindblowing show from alice and caty, then the absolute filth from michelle thorne turning the air blue with her potty mouth om saturday and two good shows caty and mica's hot 241 on sunday night and last night was very good as well.

I think i lost a little of my eyesight from Mica and Caty's 2-4-1 the other night LOL.

Totally agree with Aceman and others regarding the quality of the shows recently. When Elite is good they are damn good .
There are factors however that can lead to, how shall we say, a less than satisfactory evenings entertainment...
Firstly the presenters mood on any particular night, I think we can all recall instances when we have turned up for work, when work was the last place we wanted to be, due to something more important going on in our personal life etc, although the girls would never blatantly show this to the audience as they are far to professional for that.
Secondly the quality of the calls, can you imagine some of the idiot callers these girls have to listen to, hour after hour while still trying to look sexy and alluring, bound to wear thin after a while, and it would be nice if more callers thanked the girls at the end of the call instead of just slamming the phone down, I'm sure the girls would appreciate it.
Lastly the team behind the scenes, I think we can all recall instances when the girls have looked like rabbits caught in the headlights, pissed off or restricted in their performance in some way by the direction or should I say over-direction from behind the scenes aswell as occasional poor camerawork they experience.
Having said this, when these factors gel, presenters mood, quality of calls and the team behind the scenes, we can all just sit back, loosen any tight clothing and enjoy the shows, as we have done recently.

The first thing i look for when i watch Elite is the mood of the girls....and they always, always look very happy. All the girls are real pro's and never look bored. It shows so much in their work too.

Whats great about Elite is that theirs no real issues. Nobody has ego's and all are equally good at what they do. I will happily argue that it is the best channel currently going.

Have to say, I agree wholeheartedly with the posts above, cheers Mucker & cainan. I've spoken to Becky & Rachel on days a fair bit recently & they both say how good it is to be working there (Rachel's comment about working at the Pad was certainly less complimentary). Rachel even spent a day there recently when not actually working as she wanted to learn a bit more about the place & because it is such a happy & friendly place. Ashley used to say the same & said that it did feel like they were a "family". I also call Charlie & we have now got to a point where at the end of a call we exchange a few words of a more "civilised" nature shall we say. Again there is nothing but good words to be heard about the place. All this certainly shows in the girls appearances. Something else in relation to nights, I have never been cut off at the end, which does allow for a little chat at the end of the call if wanted. I always try to make myself "time aware" (although it can be difficult on nights) when talking to the girls as I find not actually saying thanks (nights) or goodbye (days) highly disrespectful both on days & nights. The girls are appreciative of this & have said that they also do not like the call ending without some sort of recognition. The girls also speak well of the other girls there, which is another good thing to hear about. Hell they even speak well of the boss, so it can't be that bad can it!!!!!!

Hats off to ELITE,for bringing us such top notch new girls in the likes of Alice,Cali,Carmen and Hannah,it reminds me why i loved elite tv in the first place.

Seems we're getting more info about what's happening at ELITE from BLUEBIRDBLAGGER than from ELITE themselves; recently announced that PaigeAshley who worked for Elite in the early days, presumably went back to fulltime porn,has joined BB; SamBuxton, at Elite from very eary days, not seen for months,only recently deleted from Elite website has joined BB; CaraBrett not seen recently on Elite has also joined BB.
Seems little point subscribing to Elite website,you get more info/pics from forum members including trumpet blowing Bluebird,( rephrase that, whole fuckin' brass band playing Bluebird)than Elite, although some slight improvement recently.

EDIT, eyes not too good, is it BBBlogger or BBBlagger?????

Roger your post is a bit unfairly aimed at elite in my eyes you say bluebird are giving you more info than elite are so technically then you can say the same about bluebird giving you more information than Babestation an Bangbabes as well then as did Bangbabes tell you annie was leaving no an did babestation tell you Ree was leaving no an so on so why aim this post at elite or is it just cause you seem to have somthing against jamie so you thought you would try to bad mouth his channel.The only reason your getting so much info off Bluebird is because there trying to hype up there channel an show off ie boasting they signed all these girls since they have loads money an can offer the girls silly money to join which the other channels cant compete with offering.

So obviously all the named talent goes along to the new team.

But there's plenty of good new talent just waiting for the opportunity to be on Elite.
If no one had left Elite, would Mica & Alice been given a break, would Elite have recruited Clarlie O' Neal from Babestation.
Elite has a good policy of finding top class beautiful girls.
