What we should all be thinking about is who will we add to the team over the next month or so? When will one of our gorgeous new daytime girls grace our night show? and other such exciting questions.

I have absolute faith in your ability to spot THE best talent Jamie and quite frankly if you never did another days work in your life the fact that you have nurtured, encouraged and unleashed Danica over the past months would be enough of an achievement. If you go back and list the talent you have had under your management it is just staggering. I know you have lost a few favourites recently but the new talent list is pretty awesome. For example, if you could only persuade Alice and Lucy to be sexy they might just have half a chance!! Keep doing what you do best Jamie and do it better than anyone else but don't lose sight of the bloody pain in the arse paperwork and get those babes to sign on the dotted line!!

Elite have had a bad April I agree with an earlier post. My only complaint recently has been about having three channels on Sky and not having at least three girls to fill them. If Jamie wants to go with quality rather than quantity then fine. We can see the case for that last night just go back to the two channels. that said Elite remain my favourite channel by far so keep up the good work and the quality.

maybe signing up megan from bs would be a good move too elite would enchance her performance

has anyone ever had problems recording from stream? "no suitable decoder module:" vlc does not support the audio or video format "undf" i guess the file is corrupted?? any helpers pls

id agree with that especially the last part, she seems to of took over jodies presenting role when geri is not on, and seems to be happy doing it.
