It's often only 2 because someone is on a break a lot of the time. You can't employ people without giving them breaks.

And yet if you talk to the girls they will tell you that quite often it's only 2 production staff in nights, I have no reason to think they are not telling the truth,
I don't disagree that it's meant to be 3 just that it's something that is not attached always,
