They work with a production team of 3 people. The number of girls on makes no difference to the staffing level.

not all the time these days, i am told its often only 2, one working all the cameras and the 2nd in the booth doing mic ups, switching the stream to the test card etc,

I know a few of the chatboxers who would give their right arms to be cameramen/producers; there would be no shortage of takers or even helpers out However as one producer a few years ago told them "producers aren't made, they're born!" rather arrogant but it probably takes years of experience so you can see his point.

i think its funny to think this time last year girls like Imogen where having to leave 66 as they where telling girls they had no shifts as they where full every-night and other girls like Valentina and Scarlett Lou could only get 2-3 a month, it really dose look like they backed the wrong houses, as the ones they kept have now cleared off and a lot of the girls they forced to move on are now doing very well on other places, always been there week point seeing the talent in front of there nose, and now added to all the cost cutting its really catching them up

A fantastic tease show this morning from Paige!

Even the most moronic fool who's spent 10 years watching tease shows and complaining about them would surely have approved of this one.

I acknowledge that the teases were excellent, Jamie Jones and Paige P both, but I personally felt that Paige Green was the highlight of the night. Hotness beyond any measure!

Amazing from paige Phillips tease this morning and put a few other girls to shame hope fully more to come and outstanding.
