I don't think he was moaning about the safety car itself, he was moaning about the speed of the driver. They have to try and maintain a certain speed to keep tyre temperature and pressure. The driver's are encouraged to report back of any potential problems, and there were other messages besides Lewis reporting of the same problem.

How long do we have to wait before the FIA issue the ban on Vettel..

Yes Kevin Magnussen and Carlos Sainz also said the safety car was too slow.

Vettel was given 3 points on his licence as well as the stop-go penalty. That's him on 9 points now so he will need to be careful.

How many points does Vettel have to have before his is banned?
Hope the points are transferable to his normal driving licence! too!! German autobahns would be a lot safer without him!!
