God alone know how much this might end up costing in legal fees, but quite right too if they haven't had proper answers as to what really happened....yet some how I think it could change a lot of things in F1 if it was successful especially the risk element, to quote: - 'Questions could be asked why the race started late and was allowed to continue in such wet and darkening conditions – though neither the wet nor the light were unprecedently difficult. The fact the family are suing – a near precedented move – has the potential to change the relationship between a driver, his team and his sport, which had previously rested on the assumption that risk is part of the deal.'

If anything I would think this could become a very long and possibly very bitter process...

Verstappen may have won the last race but he's made a right mess of his car in qualifying at Monaco.

Riccardo get pole position in his Red Bull. Rosberg is second. And Hamilton manages to get third place after yet more problems with his car.

At the Monaco GP Hamilton finally gets a little luck in the rain and comes in first.
