Unfortunately, hiring someone for your customer service/website or getting your house in order on that is not necessarily an indication of upcoming changes with production matters. (But I agree it could be the start of general improvements if we're lucky.)

Besides I think Sin are probably not that happy doing the sardines thing onscreen (it goes against all their styling of things early) but probably see it as a case of needs must atm.
