the world cup is a short tournament, its not a 38 game season you can't give players plenty of time, if Gerrard has another poor game he should be dropped imo, some people say rooney should be dropped after one bad game, personally i thought he played ok, so far brazil haven't looked that good to me but im aware they MIGHT get better and will probably qualify for the next round, if Fred has another poor game do you stick with him or not?

do you think players such as zidane, maradonna and pele played great in every game of the world cup? they probably had 3 great games but are seen as legends

So far, he-along with most of the Brazilian team have had a slow start. Whilst it is surprising, I wouldn't be that concerned if I was a Brazilian fan, best to peak later on in the tournament than earlier. I can't see Fred playing without closer support from Hulk, who was missing today. Another bad game and yeah give Jo a game. They miss a Lucas or a Coutinho right now.

Rooney should play regardless of his lack of goals, he got an assist and thats something people seem to forget.

Bet the Russia keeper is relieved that his team mustered a draw after that terrible blunder.
