Can anyone tell me why channel 959 is showing pre-recorded shows?

And yet there is no mention on screen that they are pre-recorded shows. But it is rather obvious, as both Megan & Dionne were both on the same set at the same time on different channels.

So what's the point of putting a number up on channel 959, when it would be impossible to talk to the babe that's on. Isn't that illegal?

its the recording of emily starting tonight and it started by saying "hi im emliy and im live on 912!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" emily isnt live...SHE ISNT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
