i hope ofcom has something in place about that sort thing like ignoring their complaints investigating than issuing a fine then removing the station from air by removal of licence

Loads of forum mmbers loved seeing BangBabes "sticking 2 fingers up at Ofcom", but Ofcom are the ones with the powers, as seen by the major blow of revoking their licences.

All this aggressive talk on the forum won't get anywhere; surely they need to play it safe for a while, otherwise it will end in tears for them, and many of us, yet again?

The later night shows are now called Xplicit? So can we now see a vagina for once? If not, then why call it Xplicit? It doesn't make any sense.

Well then a name change is in order. There's nothing xplicit about covering a normal body part. I hate the word explicit anyway. I hope the women give us what the new title suggests, because we know Ofcom will love it Not that they can do anything, unless they get a complaint, which will likely be a complaint they've made up themselves. If any new code breaches occur, I think none of us should mention it, and should only post the videos and not caps. Let's not direct Ofcom to anything they don't need to know about and make a case about. Anyone watching the channels will see these things themselves, and anyone who's missed it, will be able to check out the videos. Hate to sound we need to hide things from them, but you know they will just come here and read our comments, which will only fuel their fire. If we don't comment, then they'll have to resort to something else that won't be as easy for them.

Ha. Yeah, but that would waste their time, and it's so easy to get all the info they need from this forum. What's funny, is that I'm sure many Ofcom employees watch the babe channels, but have to follow the orders because they like being employed

just saying the name is different to what people might think of what is explicit.
