I too have run Ultimate Babe comps in the past. The format was always the hardest thing to make decisions on in truth. The main debate for me was whether to have a fully seeded knockout phase after everyone had selected top tens to produce sixteen qualifiers or whether to have an open draw for the knockout phase.
In this comp the situation is somewhat different in that neither the open draw or seeding system is in play.
I welcome that in a sense because it represents something different.
It also makes things more interesting that none of us can see where the votes are going while voting is live Tongue.
The key I think is to find a system that does not belittle the popularity of the top few qualifiers in the first phase of voting while at the same time not making the vote too predictable.
Good luck with that. I had a devil of a job with it and quit while I was behind Rolleyeslaugh.

A second fan vote will be held to determine the winners, and again it will be the sole deciding factor.

Erm, do these two statements really match up? Huh
Sophia Lares being the only presenter to get into the top 20 for both awards, shows just how great she is
Should of been in the top 10 for both awards

Personally I’d like to see the vote done on the final 10 names that we already have and the winner would be well deserving and definitely as valid as your suggestion. Then again mine is only an opinion offered to help the organisers decide rather than a blunt order as yours seems to be!

if thats how i came across that was not what i wanted, i was not saying it should be run any way just offering my view as you have,
i cant see how you have seen it as you have, all i can think is i need add more words i was just being to the point thats all, i thought thats what they wanted,

no real surprise a lot of this vote has been made up as its gone along, my hope is next time it will be a lot more settled,
i think this is being done with the best intentions but should have had a lot more though before it started
(10-06-2018 11:26 )ShandyHand Wrote: [ -> ]Cutting it down to 10 is enough I feel. If a babe is a worthy winner she will dominate such a field. I don't see the need to ape other events.
Tell me in which of the last 10 years ANY babe has been good enough to so dominate a list ahead of all others.

That said, I think UKAP person should run the award the way they want to, because it's them doing it. If they want us to pick 1 from 10, it's just as sensible as any other system, and just as likely to get a lot of people going "boo! fix!" when the winner turns out to be someone they don't like (I'm certainly ready for that moment Rolleyes ).
^ True, true. I should have simply said I can't see why this format is any less likely to produce a result any less fair than ones that have been run before on here.

How about a babe form of eurovision. We rank the babes in the 10 one to ten and a score is given based on each of those rankings. Highest scorer wins.
