Hello there. I knew this thread would go on and on!!! I still think that we are hard-done by with Babestation on Freeview as there is less toplessness than Partyland which was very topless from day (night) one. You would n't think that they were owned by the same company would you! Seriously I really think that Cellcast are resting on their laurels too much at the expense of us Freeviewer-only viewers. Why cant they broadcast the same show as Sky viewers get because as someone else said the other day that is much tamer than before. Then they could up the game progressively later. By the way does anyone know whos on Freeview tonight? Thanks for all the comments whether we agree or not.

One of the things that PartyGirls had going for it was its unpredictability.
You never knew what you were going to get on any night. Some shows were crap, but many were very good indeed.
With freeview babestation, I am fairly confident that I will be watching in a months time and it will be just the same as it is now, ie bland. One night seems much like the next, particularly when the same girl is on for consecutive nights, as happens quite often.
Partyland has hardly changed since it started, so I see no reason why babestation will.

What does that mean, if not that you’re talking about moving the 3G box into the space occupied by the pink box?

On my screen there is space both to the right of the 3G box and to the left of the text box where you say the pink box is on your screen. Given that it's normal for the transmitted image to be centralised on the screen it sounds as if your picture isn't centred accurately - particularly as there is nothing like half or 2/3s the width of the 3G box to the left of the text box on my screen where you say the pink box is on yours.

right, now i can type proper, i hopefully will make sense. on my screen the babestation graphics go to the pretty much to the edge of the screen, so it looks like this (its cropped from a clip from josh, but playing that same clip out of my screen, thats how it looks tho a bit squished in height, you get the general idea).



the gap on the left, sometimes (not really paid much attention, but i think its from 9pm til 12am or so) has a pink block there next to it, no rhyme or reason for it. after midnight, its as you see in the image above, just a space. you said about moving the 3G box further into the corner, but on a non widescreen image, there's not really that much extra room to push it into as you can see in the sample above and thats the point i was trying to get at, hope it makes more sense now lol. to be honest, i'm still getting confused by the whole convo! am happy to end it there lol

Freeview babestation is not transmitted widescreen. It is standard 4:3 aspect ratio.
On my bedroom widescreen tv 16:10, the girls look fatter because the picture is stretched to fit.

In a month's time I expect to be doing the same as I will be tonight, i.e., getting a good night's sleep. These days I'm not even recording it regularly. I actually think I might be cured

In PG days I usually watched it live and I used to ring in quite a bit too, but I simply don't feel motivated to do that unless I'm seeing more "adult" performances than currently on offer from Babestation Freeview.

Yes thanks for that cdm79 I have my dvd recorder primed already; I think this will be a dvd to keep especially as Paige is on again! Its a shame about Morgan but one out of two of my favourites isnt bad!

That's a 4:3 aspect ratio picture stretched sideways to fill a 16:9 ratio screen (sorry about my earlier typo when I put '6:4'). Do people really watch a normal aspect ratio picture stretched out like that? It'd send me bonkers. Hey-ho, who am I to judge?

My point is that when displayed in its proper form that picture will still have the gaps at each side of the info panel. If the 3G box was moved as far right as possible and the text block was extended to fill the space between the 3g box and the left edge of the picture there would be enough space for the main phone number to be brought down alongside the mobile number and reduced to the same size figures like on PP. That would reduce the overall height and get rid of the main eyesore, that whacking great phone number. They don't have it that big on PP, why on BS1?

I hope I've now adequately explained my idea 'cos if I have to go over it again I'll be waking up from nightmares with my fingers repeatedly going through the motions of typing 'box' 'block' and 'panel'.


Edit 2: They're really taking the piss tonight. Paige's second section lasted a little over 18 minutes.


Edit 3: Well that was just taking the fucking piss wasn't it? I switched over to TVAlways after the Freeview shutdown and Paige came back on for a sort of mini-section for about the last 15 minutes or so during which she was ten times as raunchy as she'd been for the whole of the earlier part of the show. That really is the fucking limit. What a bunch of fucking shysters!!!

You know what? This makes me feel like I'm being treated as a some sort of second-class citizen - not entitled to have what other more privileged people can have. If Paige had done the whole show in the style of those last few minutes we'd all be raving about her - tits out or no tits out. I can't believe how angry I am. My hands are shaking so much I can hardly control my fingers on this keyboard. Imagine being provoked into this much fury over a bloody tv show!!! I just feel so fucking insulted. Who the fuck do those twats think they are? Idiots.
