Thanks for the comment as well but it’s not glandular fever I had it at 16 so I know what it’s like, (though good diagnostic skills it does feel similar!) and have been almost entirely quarantined the last few months. It’s likely to be some flare up of whatever I have undiagnosed but regardless have to wait and see and hopefully have a biopsy to check x
