I think you'll find he's talking about the ETV website, not their TV channel.

No, also in the TV Night Shows, but not in an explicit way, you will never see a girl with spread legs to be clear, and this is the same for their site
so ETV could if they wanted use a Austrian license on uk tv, now i don't know what the censorship is like in Austria but if it's less strict than here then it dose back up what some are saying that ETV don't want to do a harder show than ofcom will allow

Thank you Slick84. That makes perfect sense. Cool

No, I meant what I said.

For the purposes of licensing and regulation, Game Network BV is a Dutch broadcaster.

That means it can apply for other Dutch licenses should and when it wishes to do so. It's not limited to the one being used for Sky channel 906.

To reiterate, Bandwagon stated that Babestation have a Dutch license without being Dutch. This is incorrect. For the purposes of licensing and regulation, Babestation is Dutch because Game Network BV is a Dutch broadcaster. And Game Network BV isn't limited to Sky 906. It can apply for as many licenses for the broadcasting of Babestation as it wishes to.

I know Game Networks BV is a Dutch broadcaster, I've been posting this info on here for years lol, and yes it can apply for Dutch licenses and is not limited to 1 being on Sky, Iv'e also been posting info on here for years about some freeview channels having a Dutch licence as well lol

My point was to point things out when you said Game Networks BV own BS,, nowadays the Babestation programs are produced and broadcast from MK in the UK by Cellcast a UK company, The Dutch company owns the licence of some channels that broadcast programs produced and streamed from the UK by the UK company "Cellcast".
Game Networks BV is officially classed as the "service provider" of the Babestation TV programs broadcast/produced on 906 by Cellcast/BS, .

As far as i know a licencee can broadcast various programs that they are not the owners or producers of, i don't think you have to be the owner of BS programs in order to broadcast them, that's why i mentioned that 908 and 909 are licensed to other company's and do not like Game Networks produce Babestation programs or own Babestation, they are also service provider for BS programs like Game Networks BV .

That is definitely true. Of course as the licensee they are responsible for compliance, but they have no obligation to produce material themselves or be the owner of the material. I imagine there are some channels on Sky that produce/own little to none of their broadcast output.
The 50 Percent owner of ETV is an Austrian and the other One is from Bulgaria....

But the Studio is and was always in Sofia...

At the Beginning they had a Pay TV Channel called INXTC, but after some years the Government has forbidden Porn in every way..... So they made ETV to this mysterious Channel it is now....

Since some time, they think they do ARTS and think they are better as normal Models..... But it is my opinion, i am prefer to watch Babestation as them now....

I'm fairly certain it won't.

Cellcast would have given us the news otherwise.

It must be less strict than here. Since ETV are changing their night show to fit in with Ofcom requirements, it must be the case that the rules they have been subject to until now haven't been as rigorous. If the Austrian regulations were as tight as Ofcom's are, ETV could broadcast their show in the UK as it is now and they wouldn't have to change anything.
I often watch ETV and more frequently over the last year the show had become more daring with nightly "pussy shows", which often showed close up frontal shots, but never open leg. This wouldn't be allowed here in the Uk under current regulations so without dealt ETV will have to hold back. What a real shame!
Well I stumbled on this thread and groaned when I read about the latest attempt that Eurotic make to crack the UK market.

Many of us remember the last one but, for a time, they did broadcast on another Astra satellite which was not specifically aimed for the UK but I expect that was the idea.

Lots of un-informed information here so let's clear some things up.

The owner of TGE, the American company that finances ETV, is an Austrian. That Austrian is also the owner of, as was stated, a an Austrian shell-company and they maintain a little office in a Austrian town which allowed them to obtain an Austrian broadcasting licence. There is no joint-ownership with a person or persons living in the country of production. Note that I do not repeat that here although it is common knowledge. In fact I would respectively suggest to the moderators here that they discourage the publication of that info. It is forbidden on the other forum and I would expect the company to request likewise in here.

The other forum does have hidden links but that is not compulsory. True that certain IP's are banned from both that forum and their site but any astute web-user will get around that. I even know one former model who had no problem accessing them.

Their models may be on agency lists. But that does not make them 'professional'. Some are students and for others it is a 'second job' since wages are very low in that country.

But I said this months ago that ETV are nothing now but a promo service for their online content. I stopped watching since they became predictable. Even a slot on a UK service will not alter that. Most girls will be able to speak English but will they get the calls ? And more importantly, despite that they probably still have loyal viewers/callers - the is no competition in Germany other than BS24 and nothing now in Italy their main targets - will they put up with reduced content ?.

Of course ETV have been there before. At one time they had two shows running from the same set. A hotter one for their main target audience and a softer one for another country which I now forget. They even proposed such an arrangement with UK broadcasters in the past when they tried to get a foot in the door. What is to say that they will not try that again.
