Frank De Boer is well out of there, only an idiot would take Copout Palace jobHuhHuhHuh
The new manager will be the 12th Palace have had in 5 years (including caretakers).

Frank de Boer's 4 matches has taken the record away from Les Reed, who previously had the shortest Premier League managment spell with 7 matches in charge at Charlton.
Roy Hodgson is now confirmed as the new manager.

His first 4 fixtures are interesting, Southampton, Man City, Man Utd and Chelsea.
When you think about it, De Boer probably knew the sacking was likely happening if he had got the dreaded "club owner backing speech" from Parrish 24 hours earlier
wonder how long Bilic is going to last?
Crystal Palace have confirmed today that Roy Hodgson will leave the club at end of this season.
Well it was close to being Nuno Espirito Santo, but it looks like the new Crystal Palace manager is Patrick Viera.
^As mentioned above Patrick Viera has been taken on as the new Palace manager.
It's a big step for Palace to choose an almost rookie manager like Viera, when in recent times we've gone for highly experienced solid appointments such as Allardyce, Hodgson, Pulis and Warnock. Last time we tried something different we went for Frank de Boer as manager and he only lasted 5 games.
Crystal Palace have agreed terms with Roy Hodgson, he will return to the club as new head coach to replace Patrick Vieira.

This is Crystal Palace in panic mode. bladewave
