I've emailed them 5 times in recent days, and still not sorted!
Don't suppose you, and anyone else having problems, could do likewise? The more the merrier?
After their initial reply saying that they checked it, and there wasn't a problem , so it must be 'at my end' , they now say they are looking into it again, and to let them know if the problem continues!
