Tried tvalways.com,but the chat box doesn't work! . Shows community chat version 7 and error with connection in red! Any ideas peeps?

I suppose admiring babes on other shows may be appealing,but it doesn't solve the problem with the chat on the tvalways site! Does anyone know why this is happening?
