I'm 99.99% sure she hasn't done porn (quick search on the Internet would confirm this). She's been on BSX but only briefly on live shows (with no full frontal nudity) and on a (fairly tedious) interview type show used to pad out the schedule. The live shows she's been on have generally been panned for being amongst the tamest ones on BSX.
I think it's unlikely she'd ever do porn - her interaction with other girls on the shows always seems to me of the "smoke and mirrors" variety, and I couldn't see her going further.
There's at least one "accidental" full frontal shot which you'll no doubt find on this thread, but Lori certainly doesn't do any deliberate flashing on BSX or anywhere else as far as I know.
