It must also mean that BS only have Dutch regulation on Freeview only,i certainly hope so,because if not OFCOM may issue a fine if they were to discover what BS are showing on Freeview tonight

^ Yes, FV BS1 still has a Dutch licence, it would seem (there was some info. on this in the general thread, a few days ago, IIRC).

Not being a fan of Preeti, I didn't watch, but if it was just some hand panty, AFAIK, Ofcon don't mind that (at least, the didn't in the past) - the lack of it in recent times on TS's FTA channels, is down to TS itself, as far as I can tell.
