Good news, thanks to Shebang TV it's competition time again! The prize this time is a free pass for Shebang's shows all this weekend, even including Thursday. So that's the nights of the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.

This is a prediction competition and it's for the time of the first goal scored in the Olympic women's football gold medal match on Thursday night, i.e. the tournament final between the USA and Japan. We don't need to know which of those teams scores the first goal, just the time in the match when it happens.

Each entrant is allowed to make 2 predictions in this competition and the winner will be the entrant who has one of his predictions closest to the actual time of the first goal scored. You can of course also predict as one of your choices that no goals will be scored in the match, but please note that extra time counts in this competition, so only predict no goals scored if you think the match will be 0-0 after extra time. Goals scored in a penalty shootout after a goalless draw won't count and the match will be regarded as having finished 0-0.

If you want to enter send a PM with your 2 predictions of the first goal time to the following account: 50000.

The competition will close on Thursday 9 August at 19:45 (kick off time). Good luck to anyone who enters!
An early goal for the USA in the Olympic women's football final against Japan tonight caught everyone out, except abc123 who had predicted 7 minutes against the actual goal time of 7:29. Well done to him and he wins a pass to Shebang TV's shows tonight, tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday.

A very late goal for Cardiff City tonight (in stoppage time at the end of the match) caught most people out as predictions tend to favour the first goal coming in the first half. LODOS emerged as our winner with a prediction of 50:17, but commiserations to sexstationlover123 who was only a few minutes away from successfully predicting a goalless draw. The prize for LODOS is a pass for Shebang's shows on Friday 17th, Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th.
