It's competition time again! The prize is a good one I think - a pass for Shebang TV's shows tonight and over the weekend, i.e. the shows on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

This is a prediction competition and it's for the time of the first goal scored tonight in the Euro 2012 semi-final match between Germany and Italy (in minutes and seconds). We don't need to know which player or which team scores the goal, just the time in the match that it's scored. This includes extra time, so you are free to predict that the first goal will be scored during the 30 minutes of extra time.

Each entrant is allowed to make 2 predictions in this competition and the winner will be the entrant who has one of his predictions closest to the actual time of the first goal scored. You can of course also predict as one of your choices that no goals will be scored in the Germany-Italy match, but if so it will be taken to mean that no goals will have been scored after extra time has been played.

A penalty scored during a penalty shootout after a goalless draw does not count as a goal for this competition. If the match does not have any scoring at the end of extra time it is regarded as a goalless draw.

Mario Balotelli scored the first goal in the Euro 2012 semi-final tonight as Italy beat Germany 2-1. Our competition winner is munch1917 who was a few minutes early with his prediction of 15:34, but gets the win because nobody else predicted a goal within the first 25 minutes, although there were a few predictions between 25 and 30 minutes. The prize for munch1917 is a pass for Shebang TV shows tonight, tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday.
