Paidraig Harrington whlo played with Mickelson said he hopes Mickelson wins as he would be the oldest winner of the title on Sunday. He has also been granted special into the US Open in June which is to be played at Torrey Pines and is the onlt title Mickelson has never won as he has not acheived entry via the US Order Of Merit.

Phil (The Thrill) Mickelson is looking inspired. I'd still be surprised if he can keep this up. With no form whatsoever coming into this week, he really had nothing to lose. Can't help but think that he still has one bad round in him. Matsuyama has the form & the belief, now that he's a major winner & Koepka looks like he's closer to being fit, after playing the Masters when he clearly wasn't ready. Hard not to back a player who has won more Majors, than regular tournaments. But out of the 3, he looks the weakest putter.

Looking like a 3 way scrap for the title going into the final day.
Mickelson leads on -7.
Koepka -6
Oosthuizen -5.
Gonna be a tight finish.
Exciting stuff, thought Mickelson was back to his usual game as he had a bit of a wobble, but he held it together.
I must correct myself on Koepka, he's 50/50 with 4 Majors & 4 PGA wins.
The top 3 look strong but the course is so tough, pars aren't easy on the back nine & the wind is expected be a factor. not out of the question that someone could jump out of the pack from 5 or 6 shots behind.
Should be a thrilling finish unless someone collapses/hits 66.
