That's happened to me loads of times, I even ended up with 2 thanks in some posts

It's usually under Tools, Options, Content. Just look for a check box that reads enable javascript.

If the browser were like those on a PC/Mac/Laptop that would the case, but browsers on phones are usually simplified. For example, on the iphone there's a single settings menu for the entire phone. Javascript for the iphone (OS4) is under Settings > Safari > Javascript. If "Off" is selected next to Javascript then click "On". However, rather than posting instructions for random phones or browsers it might be easier if Boomerangutangangbang posts the make & model of his phone first...
