Agree with all the above,and Mica is undoubtedly one of if not the best looking girl on here,but her phone skills are still not the greatest,she spent about 75% of the first two sessions talking to someone behind the camera rather than on the phone,i dont think it is all her fault as sometimes she is on a call and someone is obviously distracting her.

Not sure you can blame the elite backstage crew. No other girl on elite seems to do it as often as mica does, soon as shes off a call shes having a conversation with the cameraman even if the rumours of it being her boyfriend are true its still very unprofessional of her. I would imagine its one of the reasons she struggles so much for calls seeing her deep in conversation with someone off cam isn't going to make you want to call her.

But i doubt she gives a shit as she obviously has jamie wrapped round her little finger

First time I’ve heard that rumour. Where did that one come from – it wasn’t Chilly was it? A cameraman going out with a model – bit of a cliché isn’t it?

Anyway, while Mica visually looked great last night even I have to admit it wasn’t a good show performance wise. The constant chatter with the crew has been mentioned many times on here before and if we can see it does Mica no favours surely TPTB can and they should do something about it. As for whose fault it is there’s blame on both sides if you ask me as it takes two to have a conversation.
