OK guy's. sorry for the delay on this, but I was getting to frustrated with all this and decided to just walk away for a few hours and cool off.
But it finally seems that most of what I was trying to get across, has finally been sorted. and my initial fears were in fact justified.
There is only one outstanding question of mine that has still not been answered : http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=8492&pid=481235#pid481235
But I fear if my suspicions are correct, then the answer will probably be no.
So under the current contract, Anna cannot appear in a girl/girl scene or photoshoot on any site, other than BlueBirds own.
If I have any criticism of this, it's that all this confusion could have been avoided if either BlueBird, EliteOnline, or Anna herself had put out an official release that explained all this in just one carefully prepared statement.
At the moment I can only feel for Anna herself, as she must feel devastated by the news. But I'm convinced she'll bounce back stronger than ever, and if nothing else, she will be able to look back, and say "lesson learned".
So chin up Anna. and I wish you every success for the future.

Sorry - missing something here. Which bit of 'we talked to Anna on the phone today and got the confusion sorted out and she is happy' is not being understood here.

I think your first sentence above would have sufficed, aceman, concise and to the point. Then us subscribers would've known exactly what we were getting for our money and I for one wouldn't have bothered signing up if all the hotter content was going onto another site. I think it's a bit disingenuous of Elite to launch Anna's site and show what content was going to be available if they knew that wasn't going to be the case because of negotiations with Bluebird prior to April 1st (how ironic is that date now?), as stated in another post by Bluebird, I think. Anna herself posted that she understood that she could shoot whatever she wanted for her website, but has since been corrected about that.
I agree with your last sentiment too. Want to wish Anna all the best for the future.

And you still have not answered that unanswered question.
And to be honest why are you starting to respond in such a way as to fire fresh fuel on a still smoldering fire.
I have not got anything against you, and I happen to think the same as quite a few other people here. That it was a good bit of business on your part, and will potentially be both profitable and rewarding to both you and Anna, and can do nothing but further her career in a positive way.
But you seem intent on picking bones out of every statement, as if you are trying to defend against an attack that has not actually been made.
