I used to work at Cellcast, The job was nice at the beginning but boring at the end. Main job is for Babestation adult entertainment which is really low paid for what is it .
Big bosses getting all the money with some of the divas (with stinky attitude)while the producers or productions assistant get minimum wages.
At night , some producers and some of the babe girls get heavily drunk. causing big problems. One producer was sacked to use some legal stuff.
Not a nice place to work.

This can't be emphasised enough. There have been times on both BS and S66 (xpanded seem very professional in this regard) where girls were clearly under the influence of something (maybe tipsy/drunk but could easily be something else) and the producers should have acted on it but basically just encouraged them and egged them on.

Sooner or later something will happen with a girl under the influence that could bring an end to the channels as we know them.

This reminded me of when Ashley Emma fell of the table (not sure if it was while under the influence of anything). The most disturbing thing was that no-one went to help her or see if she was alright. Luckily she just got up and carried on. Still got a clip of it saved if she ever wants to sue!

Are you really that desperate? if that person said it was fun at first and then boring AND it was low paid would you really want to work there? There might be a few perks but it sounds like the big cheeses have a better time of it than the lowlier producers. BS is based in Milton Keynes, that truly hip and happening place to live and work.
That Sophie clip where you-know-what happens is about 23 mins in and it lasts less than 30secs.

intresting to see eva may currently on screen/web until 10pm, with sophie hart on from 10pm, seem to remember there was a bit of a situation going on there, was eva not meant to be going out with sophies ex who happens to be a producer oooooh errrr

how about for a new set, the babestation bar
