I agree. I dont know if its just me, but with all those big names in Blue Bird....theirs bound to be clashes at some point between the girls.

Saying that, they have yet to debut so we'll see.

its a very minimal amount of girls they have got that have not done previous shoots/films with bluebird. so its not a stampede as such its more of a tranquil rush

Difficicult to put this into perspective, LinseyDawnMackenzie working 3-5 nights per week for Babesation + columnist for DailySport + contractual porn films for BluebirdFilms, where the fuck does she fit in to the scheme of things, + MichelleThorne, regular Elite days/Nights presenter, but also contractual porn film actress for BluebirdFilms, so all the others that have have left Elite & other channels had no options???, just dazzled by MrBluebird's offers, upped & went.
As forum mole NatashaLouissa posted,by the end of the year maybe only 3 BB channels surviving & many girls, including defectors from surviving channels out of work; as LollyBadcock states "better than working at Sainsburys"; can't really see Elite or anyone else reemploying TJ,Anna,AshleyEmma or any of the other defectors who they have had to replace.........Sainsburys it is then....

The reason Elite will get stronger, as a brand, and as a major player in the industry, is that girls REALLY WANT to work here. They do not have to promise them the moon in a box to get them to sign, when girls come to Elite, they see it as a major breath of fresh air.

Everyone is treated respectfully, everyone is well looked after from production staff to office staff to the girls. It is a little family

Moreover, the tv babe industry is a world away from the porn industry - it offers something different to porn and therefor, our customers are not always looking for porn, and that is something existing channels understand.

They have been operating for years and know what works and doesn't work. I know BB will be successful - but that is about the end of it. They will be another successful tv babechannel, just like Babestation, just like Elite and Bang Babes.

Remember: the more things change, the more they stay the same

Wish the whole industry the best of luck - I am very lucky to be a part of it, it is such a great place to be at this point in my life. And I am realistic, not everyone can do this job forever (or would want to) so everyone should do what makes them happy, and enjoy the ride!

I was proud that Natasha and Caty talked about Blue Bird like they did. Im prepared to admit that im slightly miffed by all the defectors i enjoyed watching. Like Natasha and Caty said, the moon isnt everything...just a shame the majority of defectors i enjoyed watching couldnt keep their senses and such...

2nd that. very well said caty saying exactly why elite has done so well and will continue to do so and also well said natasha about bluebird and makes a very good point that some babes do make decisons purely on money, which i can understand however as being a glamour model is typically a short career, usually about 2-3 years so models need to make as much money as they can. Thankfully there are models like natasha who arent naive and realise there is more than money to think about.

Bluebird will do well, but it won't be anything more spectacular than Elite or BangBabes. It's another babechannel, pure and simple, and there are ALOT of big names on Bluebird's list. There are bound to be clashes over whose getting the most shifts and money. There is also a huuge amount of favouritism over there, with some girls being given cars and houses in return for working. It's bound to backfire, but we shall see.

very well said natasha another very good post. bluebird are the equivalent of real madrid in football, spending mindblowing amounts of money on the best talent to try and be the no 1. in bluebird's case they have offered top babechannel babes mindblowing amounts of money and other incentives to sign (cars, houses and in ashley emma's case a boob job) and whilst they have been able to get top babechannel babes it wont make them no1. you need more than just top babes to be a top babechannel, you need to have the babes all getting on with each othe which looks like it wont happen at bluebird and there will be a negative atmosphere as the babes bitch and backstab about each other to be queen bee which means there also where's the promotion, its only 3 weeks till july and no sign of any adverts appearing or websites being launched. wouldnt surprise me if several bluebird babes are back at their previous channels before the end of the year. also most babechannels like bangbabes and bs expanded gradually to multi channels whereas bluebird are doing it from the start

I don't mean to sound like i'm against Bangbabes but it just seems to of gone downhill because of all the teleshopping adverts and the same faces every night. I must admit that i'm all for Bluebird because all my favourites with the exception of Caty, Kitty, Danica and Jemma have all moved to there. Elite and Babestation WILL keep going but unless Bangmedia up their game, they will disappear. I hope i'm wrong.
