Just because Bluebird have hired former Cellcast empoyees it does not make them part of Cellcast. Elite TV have also got former Cellcast employees.

Very true but my suspicious mind says that as forum member BluebirdTalent posting Cellcast related material there is a connection;why didn't he post about Bluebird porn movies instead...it's like putting 2+2 together & coming up with 5, I suppose.......

I'm pleased somebody is starting to make sense of some of my rambling,see my previous post with reference to poster BluebirdTalent...reading todays post alongside his previous posts I wouldn't need much convincing that Cellcast & Bluebird are the same company which I think will become apparent soon with changes in Cellcast programming & continued exodus of their girls....
My other prediction was Playboy entering this sector of the market, situation still "work in progress", Bangmedia now broadcasting on 7 channels 5:30am-10:00pm, utilising unused airtime????....with 1 or 2 sometimes 3 channels live, you don't make money by renting 4 channels when you can cover your programming with your existing channels; to qualify that 1 of those 4 channels seems to now belong to Bangmedia, SKY902,was Spice Extreme is now TeaseMeTV2, so to repeat the question, what's the point??? BM now have 4 channels & run shows on 3 PB channels,much as I enjoy watching Fernanda, being able to watch her on 6 channels (has happened more than once) doesn't do any more for me than watching her on 1.......as I said still work in progress.

Yeah rrroger its fine I dont think your ramberling at all your talking sense just some posteres like to ignore whats actually been said and whats staring them in the face. I think for some posters its becasue they have missed the post the bluebird rep made in another thread. When they said they actually had a agreement with cellcast already. Which has lead to confusion with people who havent read that. Thinking when you talk of a possibly coalition they think you are theroising this, based simply on that bluebird are using some ex cellcast girls. When actually its already been agreed between bluebird and cellcast bluebird wont pouch away current BS girls without the consent of cellcast. So I think suspsion of who are behind bluebird is justified. By all means im not saying im against bluebird I welcome new channels if that means new formats and a change to the status quo. However, the concern would be if bluebird and cellcast manage to dominate the airwaves and oust out all other competition and they are one and the same company or have a good understanding with each other. We could have a 'vend' situation where cellcast/bluebird can set pricing levels at higher rates without any competition to force it down.

Yes but bluebird is just a company name. We dont know who actually owns it. For all we know atm it could be the same people who own cellcast. We all know that alan sugar owns Amstrad for example but its not the only venture or company he owns, co-owns or has his influence in.

It really does not take too much research or digging to find out who is behind bluebird.

RRoger I think you have hit the nail on the head with most of your theories. BB are spending a fortune buying channels and people and will try to steamroller their way to dominence, and probably suceed in being the dominant provider, but that does not necessarily mean it will be the best.

I have followed their efforts in the porn world, and some of their output has been good, but recently it seems that their big budget stuff like batfucks and bonny & clyde are more like a personal ego trip for a certain person. For example the trailer for Bonny & Clyde looks very well shot and brilliant production values, but most porn fans want the porn, not a great story line. And if you have ever been a member of their website, you will know that despite the vast bottomless pit of cash, the content is good but the execution of the site is dire (in my opinion!). Their first iteration of the site was a complete shambles that didn't work, wasn't tested etc, and the second version was not much asthetically different but worked a little better!

Hopefully they don't let themselves, and in turn us the consumer, down with their product when they translate their cash train into these TV channels.

Only time will tell over the next few months - is going to be exciting times

Well not when the company has started broadcasting, when there is websites etc available online associated with bluebird. At the moment the information is scant and tight-lipped.
