I thought the ban was about right, but it's interesting that according to the judgement Liverpool could have got the ban down simply by accepting the seriousness of the charge. Because they suggested it was no more than a sending off offence (and therefore a 3 match ban) the committee in effect decided to teach them a lesson.

What a result! Just what we needed after this past week.

Lots of positives to take from today but the best thing for me was seeing Borini score - hopefully he can stay fit and really kick on from next season.

Great result! Really pleased for borini. Best part of the day for me was that I won £110 betting agger to score first.

Has to be said that as good as we played Newcastle were atrocious .

Sturridge looked a lot more dangerous i thought without suarez which is a good sign, id also like to mention my man coutinho on another great game and really happy for Borini getting his goal, he desreved it
