I think that's very unlikely. I'm sure I read on the Ofcom site somewhere that they only contact a broadcaster if they open an investigation.

^ But they certainly found out with the rest of us in any case. And on the same day, all the contentious tease shows are dropped! (Gemma's and possibly Cara's* i.e. the 'proper' ones remain atm I think.) Maybe coincidence of course, but mr mystery and 66 may have drawn the same conclusion about the nature of the complaint... then all of a sudden a scheduling policy that is overtly Ofcom-friendly can be concluded as not being. And it is surely not the first indication they would have had that the tease slots are not popular in some quarters. It just may have been the first that was important to them!

* Hearsay on 66's chatbox on Sunday had Cara's tease being moved to tonight or Wednesday. I'm not sure if that will be correct. [EDIT: Tonight has now been scheduled -as first posted by Mellow here]
