Yes she was, it was either her choice or she went along with the producer's decision. With regard to your second point, I'd expect Paige to talk dirty after 9pm too.

I don't think the issue is with her not going topless especially as she works the hour where topless is not allowed, its the fact of not talking dirty which is both baffling and wrong.

Regenerated said last night she was talking dirty, if so problem solved.

Paige was a much worse offender than Sarah before going topless she started the same refusing to talk dirty, refusing to show her tits, only difference is she was working at 2 and 3 in the morning, not the 'tease hour'

The only reason Paige is topless today is because some legend managed to cap a boob slip while she was on Babestation and post it here, she was gutted at first but it pretty much made her mind up to get her boobs out
