I think we got enuf strikers.... if suarez comes back... we have suarez carrol kuyt ngog as main with aquilani / gerrard who can play behind the hole ... dalglish will be happy with the squad he has now... plenty of depth I really hope aquilani gets a chance this year. Maybe 1 defender just to cover agger/carra/skrtl eventhough martin kelly can play in that role too...

I personally don't think Liverpool have a squad capable of winning the title made some good signings Charlie and Downing being the pick of the bunch for me.....

Just don't think ur defence will be strong enough Agger is injury prone along with Skrtl who i don't rate anyway.... And Carra legs have gone for me

Fair enough if you dont rate Skrtel but I dont think you can say he is injury prone - he played EVERY minute in the Premier League last season!

I dont think any LFC fan here has mentioned Liverpool winning the title.

But i'd argue our squad is more than capable of getting back in the top 4 and perhaps winning one of the cups, especially without the distraction of European fixtures in places like Ukraine or Slovakia every other Thursday night.

Jose Enrique will be a fantastic addition to our defence and all the indications are that a centre half (possibly Gary Cahill) will be added before the transfer window closes.

These people make me laugh with the same old shit. "Your defence is shit" how many times people how many times. Over the course of the season we have always had one of the best defences in the Premier League, yes we were shit for the first half of last season but that had nothing or very little to do with the defence.

Daniel Agger is fit, NOT INJURED!!! Martin Škrtel's a good defender, yeah he may like a wrestle when defending corners but still he's a good defender. Jaime Carragher is the same age as Frank Lampard & younger than Ryan Giggs, so whats your point, he's never been the fastest of players & just because he's now 33 people want to use the Cliché of his legs have gone, gone where??? the last I knew they were still attached to his body.

The left back position has been a problem since Allen Kennedy left in 84 & between them Glen Johnson, Martin Kelly & John Flanagan have got all aspects of the right back position covered.

Ain't it about time you fools started worring about your own team for once.

Am just giving my opinion everyone's will be different for me what u have at the minute in defence wont be enough for a title charge that's all i was saying.... yes Agger fit now but he struggles with injuries a lot.... Skrtel i don't rate one bit been around in prem for a few seasons now and for me has done fuck all other than look very. shaky. on more than one occasion.... But u rate him that's fair enough.... As for Carra il wait to the end of Season and we will see and il personally apologise if am proved wrong doubt i will be mind.... And on Lamps & Giggs i personally think its a lot easier playing Midfield when u get older u can be a lot more clever bout how u play the game.... If ur in defence u can struggle unless ur positional play is bang on
