Not having a go, but there isn't a rule saying the girl has to get her tits out at 10pm, just that she has to wait until then before she would be allowed to get them out.

I watched Kelly Bell last night on Elite and she got her top off at 10.10pm and kept it off until she finished her show at 2am. She had so many callers you had difficulty getting through to her
