ILM is right a few of the girls are getting the majority of the shifts
yet the day girls who want to do nights hardly ever get a look in. The one's hi lighted below show the girls who get the most night shifts and as much as l love all the girls it would be nice to see some of the other girls given a chance.

The ladies like Dionne or Lucy Summers are hugely popular and are always active on screen and busy on the phones why remove them? They attract the audiences and the callers so the show is good. I am sure there are simple enough reasons why some other ladies don't get on as much probably schedules and availability. Perhaps they just need to ask? Lol

Or they aren't friends with Cathy I feel like we've had this discussion before, but how can the other girls hope to compete with the likes of Lucy and Dionne if they aren't given shifts in the first place? At least two girls have told me that they would like some night shifts, so I imagine they've told the management as well.

If they ladies are good the management will put them on screen (if they want the shifts) let's just enjoy the show and stop arguing about every detail no show is perfect but red have a good mix of ladies and the type of show they deliver to cater for most of us

bronco dont post stuff like that, if people aint happy they are entitled to their opinion.

the fact is they have too many girls in my opinion.

The girls I mentioned do want the shifts and are proven performers on their previous channels. Like I said, you only have to look at their daytime threads to see the demand Anyway, I think I've made my point

And I guess I have made mine lol

I've said it before but i think the studio location is an added problem. The girls are not going to commute to Bristol for just one night shift, they would need a couple of consecutive shifts to make the trip worth while.

We're not arguing, we're debating.

That's what the forum (and this particular thread) is for.

ILoveMegan and I are just suggesting ways of improving the show.
