Its not new girls they need,maybe if the so called new producers let the girls they have now do the shows they would like to do, then maybe everyone wouldnt have been watching fernanda on elite tv tonight and instead maybe we could have been watching danni covered in cream,we all know she likes to use cream in her shows but wait thats not allowed

I mostly agree with what you say , RLC already have plenty of girs as it is without recruiting even more , obviously it will be just a trial for some of the new girls to see how they get on , but this means some of the present girls get even less shifts , some of the girls you don't see from one week to the next .
Yes i also agree it's about time these new producers let the girls off the leash a bit and allow them to do what the girls do on other channels , there's only Lucy Summers that's allowed to do what girls from other channels do , the more restricted "in house" rules (not Ofcoms) adopted by RLC is bound to have a effect on call volumes as callers will tend to ring channels that allow their girls to go further without breaking Ofcom rules .
All the RLC girls last night seemed to be totally overshadowed by Fernanda's fantastic naked performance on Elite and Bailey's naked performance on the Sport XXX , there is no way RLC would have allowed their girls to do those sort of performances on their channels (apart from Lucy S) , they need to start giving their girls more freedom or else we will be seeing the girls waving the phones in the air with no callers even more than they do now with other channels ramping their shows up a bit in adult content .(within Ofcom rules) .

we need to c steph,cali garcia and amy capri on the full nightshows.this channel needs livenin up a bit.some of the day girls need to do nightshows.ther is too much of the same girls doin all the night shows at the moment.

Totally agree with your statement. Surprisingly this night i'm seeing Michelle Thorne doing a great show as she might be, with more freedom, may be coz the producer read your post

Yes i saw Michelle's great show last night and Lucy Summers was fantastic as well , don't think it was anything to do with my post though , it's more likely to do with the inconsistent producers and how each individual producer interpretative the rules , "Scottishbloke" sumed RLC up perfectly when he said this

RLC is very much like a inconsistent football team , one minute thrashing the likes of a Manchester united the next loosing to some one like Chesterfield .
It wouldn't surprise me if tonight the girls are back to being more restricted again . Every one at RLC all the girls , all the producer/camera men and the bosses need to all get together and sort out just what can and can't be shown , some nights on RLC the content that they allow to be shown is as different as chalk and cheese .

posters who assume that the girls are under a regime of producers stopping them recording calls stopping them using oil and all the other silly suggestions are misguided that fact that we are not a one trick pony and that our girls have differing levels they work to means we have somthing for everyone ,as for a 4th girl thats somthing we always considered and are implimenting on some nights this month ,we are now only 6 months old and i am sure most will agree improving all the time .

Well Cathy you yourself mentioned about the new producers learning the ropes so to speak , Jemma Jey said that one of the producers wouldn't allow her to get naked on one of the nights she was working , she also mentioned on another night that she was working that she was working with a nervous producer who didn't want her to show to much flesh and that's why her shows were a bit tamer , she also mentions that some of the RLC producers have had first hand experience of getting the sack when things go wrong and uses this to explain why her shows on RLC vary so much in what she is allowed to do from one show to the next .

exactly redlight has only been going for a very short time in babechannel terms and i think have been doing well, once all there recent signings have settled in, they will get better
