Hi lads!

I'd just like to take this opportunity to issue a public apology to all those who I may have upset in any way when I had my rants last night.

I was extremely pissed-off with the personal nature of one post and this, coupled with a lot of what I would consider to be one-eyed comments on this thread and my seeming inability to get people to see my point of view, caused me to make some comments which I now realise were unfair to the individuals concerned.

In particular, I would like to apologise to LANCELOT790 as he unfairly bore the brunt of my ire due to a typo no less! So sorry mate, you didn't deserve the personal abuse you received, and I apologise to you for said comments.

BIGGUY01, I'm afraid that although you and I probably have a lot more in common than we'd probably care to admit in our sporting outlook, we are seldom going to agree on much insofar as you see things as black-and-white whilst I look more for the grey areas, but if any of my comments have upset you then I apologise to you.

GROUNDNPOUND and MASTER YODA, apologies for the bringing up of dark pasts, none of which are in any way a reflection on either of you or your outlook on football fandom and beyond; sorry lads.

The younger brigade of mainly Arsenal fans such as TERENCE and ARES and anyone else I may have neglected to mention, sorry for indirectly involving you all, it was in no way meant as a personal slur, so I apologise to you all!

And all of the above also goes to anyone else who may have read posts attributed to me last night - apologies all round and all the best lads!

no need for an apology to me. we all get 'passionate' about football from time to time but i saw your posts for what they were and how they were meant. i wouldn't worry to much.
