Rachel's usually up at 4 or just after to do the breakfast show.
Makes it more amazing how good she looks now doesn't it. Luckily she stays overnight at the studio (as do Bex & some of the other girls) before the show.

Rachel is totally gorgeous today as she always is in the silky black hotpants.

Becky's wife does look great today, liking the hotpants (as usual!), Rachel always looks bubbly on screen to me, top girl!

Your not the only one with this prolem, I've come to the conclusion that my iPhone is trying 2 make me look stupid
