It looks like Elite is Ofcom's latest target , just checked what "Gold Plated Pension" has posted on the "Ofcom current investigation" thread and Elite look to be up to their neck in Ofcom investigations , you can bet your bottom dollar that both the day and night shows will be much tamer from now on , if they are not they could well end up the next Bangbabes , i hope Jamie has got deep pockets . Why can't Ofcom just fuck off and leave the babe channels alone

Good god. How can they get much tamer than they already are? First time I've ever seen that many complaints against them too. Not good.

Elite will comply with ofcon, and won't put up a fight, which is unfortunate. Maybe ofcon should deal with the complaints about that guest on that morning show, and how he was allowed to show his bare ass while cooking, on a MORNING show. That would seem a bit more responsible than going after ADULT channels, especially the night ones.

ofcon is coming for blood. I think we should all make an effort to make valid complaints against examples like I stated above.

I've assumed the date refers to the start day of the show for the nighttime "offences".

It does look like Elite are the next target of Ofcom from this & it's not normal for Elite to have this amount of "offences" listed in the bulletin.

Not to stick up for ofcom, but ofcom only deal with stuff referred to them by the public.

its not like ofcom just randomly put the dates into a hat and picked the best 12..

Not just the public, but other channels too. Doesnt look good but elite unlike bang will cooperate, think elite will play it safe a little more than normal

Well the Alice,Cara and Kitty days, I have on my HD.

Alice wore a secretary outfit with red bra, and a black teddy/mini dress. She had a couple of slips in the dress, so it could be those.

Kitty wore a variety of outfits those days,I don't have any slips recorded though. All her outfits were pretty cleavage busting though. Kitty was her usual 'energetic' self.

Cara was wearing some small gold hotpants, but again not slips etc.

Nights I have no idea, although my betting would be on some sort of hand thong incident.

Am i right in thinking that whilst Elite started their new dress code for days around this time the official offcom post bang meeting hadn't actually taken place yet?

Also find some of the dates of reporting/incident odd.

Of course these are only reported incidents, and no verdicts have been reached yet.

Elite have had reports against them in past bulletins, with the decision going for rather than against them, so we shall have to wait and see.

Agree bcl have to wait and see. Hopefully like before some of these will go in elite's favour

No offence Chris, but I'll almost guarantee, that most, if not all of those complaints, were made by a rival channel, or channels.

The sooner these channels stop fucking it up for each other, the better off they will all be. If they would work together, and agree not to do it, I bet the number of offences investigated would drop to virtually none.
