Why do you want them so big??? Why not just a couple sizes up, where it will look better? Huge overly big breasts are out of style, and look silly. Maybe I'm off on the sizes, but how big is DD these days? Ashley Emma had perfect breasts until she got the implants, which are like footballs. Your choice of course, and I hope everything goes well for you, but don't be surprised if there's some negative feedback here.
