What I don't understand is how Ofcom can be so hard on these channels and at the same time not even bat an eyelid at the back-to-back 'torture porn' that The Horror Channel airs on a nightly basis. Where the fuck is the 'protection of children' there??

And some people still insist Ofcom don't single out the Babeshows

I think you should revoke their posting licence.

My position - no computer, no Sky and no plans to change - would appear to have cut me off from Bang for the foreseeable. A bit of a wrench; my working hours mean I catch Friday and Saturday Freeview, and Early Bird especially will be missed. Searching, and now posting, on my mobile requires patience and in running out I may have missed my observations from the last year being discussed already. On this thread, for example, I don't remember anyone pointing out that the second camera WAS on the Freeview show in those last weekends - bit of a nuisance frankly.

Regarding the censure and ultimate punishment of Bang Media, my expertise is limited to what I read here but my very rare viewings of the panopoly of adult chat channels suggest that Ofcom pursued Bang because they felt like it. The content of their competitors could be, and probably is, judged and condemned for the same perceived "indecency" and "offence". Seeing a post such as The Watcher's clarifying which girls were naughty enough to bring down divine wrath only highlights that for one fateful week Ofcom were looking for what they wanted to find.

That Bang were daft enough to supply the ammunition is another part of the story, but I would lay strong odds that behind many of the Freeview violations would be a trifling little detail like the microphone warning at 5.30am being incomplete or not heard at all.

The main difference between Elite and Bangbabes is Elite are not daft enough to put their shows on freeview and thus are a hell of a lot more discrete than Bangbabes media ever were.

I don't see why these channels can't do as Bang Babes did, and have a different camera feed on the webstream for us to see what we want. That I think would be great to have, and wouldn't be under scrutiny from ofcom.
