That's certainly one of Elite's specialities and there's no question that Charlie has really bloomed in an environment where she can express herself in a three dimensional way.
Her random ramblings are a whole lot of fun and suggest a mind that needs a lot of regular new stimulation. Which makes it quite odd how often she ends up in exactly the same sets and outfits...
