I tried ringing Fernanda on Tuesday before I left for work and didnt get put though, some Guy got put though twice whilst I was waiting...WTF. I then hung up. This has happenned every time I have tried to speak to her.
I dont mind waiting for Fernanda (she is worth it). I only want to say Hi, keep smiling etc.

I used the 9998 number, but I suppose that is the freeview number which more people use, or should I have used the 6912 number? Is it the same queue? Your advise guys would be appreciated, as I am a right newbie to all this, as you can probably tell, but I need to avoid the stress!!!
