Elite nights - which babeshow girls should they sign up?

But it's easy to overlook the moves that don't work out. Yes Caty was a hugely successful import from BS but Tiffany had come across at more or less the same time and her U-Turn returning to Babestation was embarassingly fast.

So by and large Alex, I agree with what you said previously about Elite's success with bringing through new girls. It does seem on the evidence a better grounding into the existing culture of the channel, its sense of 'family' (as Sophia etc like to reiterate).

If they want models that worked on other Babe channels, how about saving the ladies of Babestation from the OSG? Like Paige Tyler, Georgie Darby and Tammy Taylor?

My opionion hasn't changed, now there maybe some vacancies, as some of the models are not getting their contracts renewed.

Yes i think you have hit the nail on the head there so to speak , it's probably the exposure to a far greater viewing audience that attracts the girls to the channels that also transmit on freeview , it's got to be beneficial career wise to be seen by more people , Donna Duke also said when she left BS that she would only move to a channel that had a freeview slot . With TVX shortly to start transmitting a unencrypted fone in channel on freeview it will probably be even harder for Sky only company's to attract big name girls from existing channels with the girls having even more choice about working for a show that transmits on freeview , so it makes sense for Elite to groom some new young talent of which they have been good at doing in the past .

Peasant tv only broadcasts for a few hours a day so I can't see it been that much of a factor.

Broadcasting for six hours a day on freeview is better than broadcasting for no hours a day in attracting publicity seeking girls to your channel .

Everybody seems to be preoccupied assuming that after 4 girls have left Elite in a short space of time, that they need replacement.

My analysis suggests they were surplus to requirement & made redundant so no replacements needed & paraphrases the corporate bullshit speak in the enclosed post by aceman65

Based my stats on Elite's ongoing current girls list which as stated usually lists 21 girls, but currently lists 23 girls, including MIA girls Toni Esposito & Melissa Dibling, but unless Rachel & Becky are drafted to full time nights they seem to have the numbers right, but an unbalanced days/nights roster.....

.....qualify that to say the lists do not include steady stream of triallists & agency workers (HannahMartin???) who keep turning up for an occasional show, such as SydneyJames & RubySummers...

^^^^ Well, if the rumours are true, then I'm expecting to see one or two trialists in the coming months.
