Consequences Creed signs WWE developmental contract
Platinum Championship Wrestling has announced that Austin Creed, known as Consequences Creed in TNA Wrestling, has signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. "We at PCW want to congratulate our own AUSTIN CREED on the recent signing of his WWE developmental contract! Congratulations Austin," the PCW website announced. The one-time World Tag Team Champion was quietly released from TNA Wrestling in late March. Earlier this month, Creed won ECWA's annual Super 8 Tournament in Delaware, defeating Tommaso Ciampa.

Right as i ainit a big TNA fan so is this a good thing or from what i have read on another wrestling forum he ainit that great an not many people rate him maybe thats why he is being sent to development first rather than getting called up to the main roster didn't he have some kinda boxing gimmick in TNA.

RE: Consequences Creed signs WWE developmental contract
Creed is a pretty good Talent, good build for the Cruiserweight division (if it was still there) can fly pretty well (nothing extremely special but safe enough for wwe standard) and is a pretty good speed wrestler. I can see why they have put him through a WWE developmental contract first. I think he could work on his character. in TNA he was basically the character apollo creed from Rocky (the whole American shorts). if he does make it I would like to see him and R-Truth team, think that would work well

I think I've seen him in TNA, he always had good speed and a flamboyant personality. I haven't seen much about the WWE in a while, need to upgrade the sky package to include sports channels.

There were plans at one point for him and Ron "Truth" Killings to form a team in TNA, and they actually sort of did once on a TNA PPV, when Truth was tag champs with Pacman Jones, who wasn;'t allowed to actually wrestle, so Creed came in and worked the match, TNA liked him so they kept him around.

I would like to see "Truth & Consequences" in WWE, for no other reason than WWE needs tag teams, and they would be a good pairing that could deliver good matches.

Lance Cade passes away
World Wrestling Entertainment was informed Friday morning by Lance McNaught’s father that he has passed away of apparent heart failure. WWE extends its deepest condolences to the McNaught family. Mr. McNaught was under contract from March 2003 to October 2008 and performed under the name "Lance Cade." He returned to FCW, WWE’s developmental territory, in September 2009, and was released in April 2010.

RE: Lance Cade passes away
Another one gone then. Sad Something is seriously wrong in that industry if all these guys keep dying at such a young age.

RE: Lance Cade passes away
Youre right chilly, but seems like this was inevitable...

In the midst of the biggest push of his career, Cade was released from WWE in October 2008 after suffering a seizure on an airplane due to a reported drug overdose. He was re-signed by WWE in October 2009 and was placed in the developmental system before being released again in April 2010.

Cade was nearing his return to WWE TV when he was placed in a drug rehabilitation program due to an addiction to sleeping pills. He completed a four-week rehab program in early March and was released from his WWE contract soon after. Cade was told by mentor Shawn Michaels earlier this year he was finished as a top guy.
